Workforce Recruitment is a busy driving & Industrial agency that is continually growing. We are looking for a recruiter to join our team on a full time basis at our offices in Pudsey Leeds.

- Excellent communication skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft office and ability to work with other packages.
- Good command of English language

**Your role will involve**:

- You will manage the recruitment process from end to end
- Taking bookings from clients
- Arranging interviews
- Servicing existing accounts
- Collating compliance paperwork
- Using company online booking system
- Increasing the number of workers placed per week

A driving licence would be advantageous as as the role progresses you may be looking for promotion to account manager.

**Salary**

Basic £22400 - £26,000 Basic dependant on experience.

Simple bonus structure up to £15,000+ per year dependant on number of workers out working
