**What will you be doing?**
You’ll be joining a friendly HR team, reporting to the Director of HR & Talent and you’ll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Director of HR & Talent to build and promote an exciting employment brand.
- Delivering full recruitment service for all new vacancies, including advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, interviewing, assessment centre processes, through to job offer
- Working with managers, heads of and executive directors to identify resource requirements, produce Lantern tone of voice job descriptions and job adverts, produce a suitably reflective ATRs including commercial business cases and agree content relevant target audiences for direct approach strategies.
- Using Linked-in premium, social media and other recognised job platforms to target specific groups and individuals, promoting the Lantern employer brand and in turn, build a future resource need talent pool.
- Designing and promoting Lantern’s “we’re hiring” offering on Linked-in, speedily responding to reactions from network stakeholders.
- Working with the HRBP to benchmark salaries at Lantern versus competitors and the recruitment market in general, considering current market forces.
- Identifying specialist recruitment consultants who know our sector/ what we need and negotiate competitive TOBs, ready to plug in when specialist resource need is identified.
**What you’ll need**
- Experience working in a fast-paced recruitment / talent resourcing team.
- Experience of using targeted marketing campaigns.
- Sound commercial awareness and an understanding of trends, markets, digital job advertising platforms.
- Experience of developing a healthy talent pipeline for future resourcing needs.
- Experience of delivering relevant methods of recruitment activity, such as assessment centres, interview training techniques, employer branding and promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Keen eye for detail and passion for learning new processes.
- Good communication skills.
- MS Office experience, including MS Teams.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Self-motivated and a strong ability to work collaboratively with different teams across the business.
- Excellent levels of attention to detail to ensure your work is accurate and of high quality.
