**What you’ll be doing**
As Recruitment Business Partner, you will take full ownership for all hiring activity across the Lantern Group. You will be our dedicated expert for all recruitment campaigns from our volume contact centre hires through to our technical, specialist and management vacancies. Your experience of working in a competitive fast paced environment will be valuable.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Owning the full recruitment cycle for all roles across the business, from evaluating, screening, coordinating and attending interviews, offers and vetting processes, predominantly for roles within a customer centric contact centre environment.
- Reporting on and owning recruitment KPIs and success metrics.
- Building and nurturing relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry organisations to enhance Lantern’s employer brand and attract top talent.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes.
- Delivering results within tight deadlines, managing multiple stakeholders and owning and driving recruitment and onboarding processes.
**What you’ll need**
- Your experience of assessment centre style techniques will be an advantage.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience in remotely supporting multiple sites.
- Strong sourcing and networking abilities, with a track record of attracting and hiring best in class.
- Exceptional organisational, negotiating and influencing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking ways to improve recruitment strategies.
- You’ll have adopted strong third-party relationship skills, working closely with specialist recruiters when necessary and negotiating TOBs.
- You’ll have good knowledge of data protection law, as you’ll be responsible for recruitment records retention and deletion processes.
- Strong MS Office experience, including MS Teams video calling, 365, Word, Excel, PPT etc.,
- Demonstrating resilience and agility in your approach to work - we're fast paced and sometimes we’ll need to juggle or prioritise.
- Being creative - we love hearing new ideas from our colleagues about how we can do things better.
