We are currently looking to recruit a Transport Controller to work at our support centre in Castle Donington. You will administer the company's driver and vehicle fleet records to ensure we meet all legal, regulatory, and transport accreditation requirements.

**This Transport Controller role in brief**:

- Booking in PMI's and MOTs
- Paying, processing, and ensuring re-charges of PCNs
- Ensuring vehicles are registered on the appropriate tolls, reviewing regularly
- Administration of:

- Licence checks
- Health Declarations
- Vehicle record keeping
- Vehicle Tax
- Fuel Card management
- Assisting with accreditations
- Winch inspections
- Tyre inspections
- Hire vehicles
- Tacho inspections

- Previous experience in an administrative based role is essential. Experience in a transport environment would be a distinct advantage.
- Ability to produce and analyse reports
- You must be outgoing and enthusiastic, and work well in a team
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general
- Reliability, multi-tasking, attention to detail, and using your own initiative will be important aspects of the role, so you should be proficient at these skills.
