Healthcare Delivery Specialist

Pay £10-£14 per hour.

Verve Health are a leading Healthcare Staffing Organisation based in Manchester. We are looking for dedicated Healthcare Delivery Specialists to join out teams in Manchester, Oldham and Stockport. We do things a little differently at Verve.

**What you’ll be doing**:
We are looking for caring and driven individuals to provide cover relief for our partnership organisations in the Manchester, Oldham and Stockport areas. You will be fully trained by our in-house Training Team to deliver care to the highest possible standards, as well as receiving ongoing mentorship from our Office Team.

Working on a ‘you choose your own shifts’ basis, you will be able to choose which days you work and which days you take off No pressure and perfect for those with busy schedules and University or Childcare commitments.

You can work full-time or part-time, it’s completely up to you

**How does it work?**

Once you’ve applied, you will be invited into our office for a coffee and an interview. After that, we’ll put you through a DBS check and book you on our next training course. We hold our training weekly to make sure you don’t have to wait too long to get started. Once you’ve done our 2-day training course, you will be given a log-in to our app where you can pick and choose which shifts you’d like to do Our aim is to make sure we give an opportunity to become one of our Specialists to anyone who is willing to provide high-quality care, regardless of their availability.

**What else do we offer?**
- You can undertake your NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care - completely free of charge
- We have an Open Office - which means you can pop in for a catch up whenever you like
- Additional Training - if you find an area that interests you, we will give you some additional training and resources
- No Pressure - We know a lot of Healthcare is based around pressuring people into availability so we do the opposite - you choose whenever you want to work and we’ll find you a shift.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £10.00-£14.00 per hour
