An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Tordan Healthcare specialist care agency. We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, driven, committed and fun individual to work in this fast paced environment as part of our care team of young professionals as our new Healthcare Administrator reporting to the Care and Compliance Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall responsibility to support the day to day operation of the office and care team.
- Reporting to the Care & Compliance Manager on a daily basis to ensure a seamless service is delivered.
- Ensure all Support Worker files are compliant / maintain compliance. (ensuring all support worker training is in date, ensuring all DBS’s are in date, ensuring references have been obtained before the designated start date, updating our databases.)
- Ensure all Service User files are compliant / maintained throughout.(ensuring all required documents are signed, ensuring all reviews are documented and filed.)
- Keeping all vital documents stocked. (Printing and organising)
- Responsible for quarterly audits on Support Worker files in line with CQC standards, and Tordan Healthcare’s policies and procedures.
- Responsible for archive of all relevant documents held on site both physically and digitally.
- Meet and greet applicants attending interview.
- Maintaining our electronic database.
- Building partnerships with new and existing Support Workers.
- Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries.
- Responsible for ensuring the timesheet process is followed on a weekly basis and liaising with the staff teams where appropriate.
- Taking minutes in quarterly meetings.
- Setting supervision deadlines.
- Organising the set up of training to all new starters and following this up to ensure compliance.
- General postal duties.

Essential
- Good communication and organisation skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to work alongside young professionals within an office environment.
- Presentable appearance.

- We are looking for someone with health and social care knowledge, good communication and organisation skills are essential, professional telephone manner and good IT skills.

Tordan Healthcare main focus within this role is on developing the successful applicant to the extent that they're ready for progression within the company.

The role will be office based **Monday - Friday: 09.00 - 17.30.**

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Administrator: 1 year (preferred)
- Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)
