As a community housing association based in the East End for nearly 100 years, we're proud of the work we do to address the housing crisis through building and managing great homes.
We are looking for a **Sales and Marketing Apprentice** who will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Sales and Marketing team. You will work with the sales and marketing officer across all levels to develop and implement measures aimed at ensuring both excellent KPI's and resident satisfaction scores.
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the smooth functioning of the sales and marketing procedures and provide excellent customer service to homeowners. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Arrange marketing events/incentives/campaigns
- Record /input data and ensure the data is managed securely in line with GDPR
- Support the Sales & Marketing Officer with relevant administrative and marketing duties
- Prepare and present written reports as required
- Perform duties commensurate with the responsibilities of the role and ad hoc projects as required from time to time
- Attend site and project/sales meetings as required
