Hybrid Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic customer service advisor to join our expanding team based in our Bexhill office.

**Working with us**: You'll be working on a rotational shift pattern between 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:00 Saturday and 09:00-13:00 Sunday. You are likely to be working a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 5 in 8 Weekends.

You'll be based at our vibrant Bexhill office with a mix of in-office and home working. During your induction you'll have the chance to meet your colleagues face-to-face and we'll provide full training, which will include academy training and shadowing to helpyou succeed in the role.
You'll have scheduled office time as well as days where you can work from home. All you need to work from home is a stable internet connection and a quiet space to work. We'll kit you out with all the tech you need, including new Microsoft Surface 4 laptop,monitor, desk, and chair.

**What is the pay**:

- We're also really excited to offer a starting platform to build your customer service experience skills with a starting salary of £19,564 (excluding annual bonus).

- Computer skills; you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software
