**Location: Hybrid working**, you'll work a mix of in-office and home working. You'll have scheduled office time as well as days where you can work from home. All you need to work from home is a stable internet connection and a quiet space towork. We'll kit you out with a new Microsoft Surface 4 laptop.

**Shift Pattern: Full Time**: You'll be working on a rotational shift pattern between 08:00-19:00 Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:00 Saturday and 09:00-13:00 Sunday. You are likely to be working a minimum of 3 or a maximum of 5 in8 Weekends. Academy training will be provided to help you succeed in the role

**Contract: Permanent**

**Salary: £19,800 per annum (**excluding annual bonus).

We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic customer service advisor to join our expanding team based in our Bexhill office. This role will place you at the heart of our customer journey and you will be the first point of contactin moments that matter to our customers.

- Pride and experience in delivering great customer experiences, dealing with claims, sales, taking payments and dealing with complaint queries face to face or by phone.

- Strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated individuals that take pride in what they do and who can demonstrate politeness and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Computer skills; you'll take inbound calls whilst navigating our in-house software
