**Starting salary of £21,500* Opportunity to develop and earn up to a whopping £24,000.**

**What will I be doing as a customer service advisor within the retentions and renewals team?**
As a customer service advisor you will be working in a busy call centre as part of a fast paced and target driven retentions and renewals teams. This role requires great communication skills, the ability to overcome customer objections and focus on customersatisfaction at the core of every decision. You will be supporting customers by offering them the best price and products for their needs. The calls you receive will be varied; they could include changes to existing policies, giving quotes, taking paymentssupporting customers in financial difficulty, handling complaints and retaining customers who are looking to cancel with us. All calls are inbound, so you won't have to make any unexpected outbound calls at all Your days will be filled with helping our amazingcustomers who turn to you for your expert knowledge. (Don't worry, becoming an expert takes time, you will receive all the support you need until you reach this stage).

**What about the hours?**
When you join us as a customer service advisor, you'll be working on a rotational shift pattern between 08:00-19:00 Monday-Friday. NO WEEKENDS
