Human Resource Administrator - 12 months, Fixed Term Contract

**Salary**: - Up to £26,000 DOE plus benefits

Role information

To provide excellent customer service on a consistent basis, whilst working within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The People Services Administrator will provide administrative support ensuring an accurate, comprehensive, and approachable service is provided to the business.

50% of this role will also be allocated to support the implementation and delivery of a new HR and Workforce Management to the business.

Role Responsibilities
- Ensuring the People Services system is updated in a timely manner and in line with payroll deadline requirements.
- Assist with management reporting to provide key data and analysis for business use.
- Assistance with other duties such as ad hoc projects which fall within the people services remit.
- Engagement and support with the monthly payroll process
- Undertaking tasks related to the introduction of new HR and Workforce Management systems which will include but are not limited to; attendance at project meetings and workshops, support with data readiness, both employee and HR structural, including data gathering and quality assurance.
- Work closely with Head of People Services and People Services Admin Team Leader throughout the project ensuring clear communications and understanding throughout.
- Work collaboratively with other department project leads to ensure a successful end-to-end process for the new system

??Key Skills and Experience
- You will have a background in working within a fast-paced and dynamic HR environment. Ideally with 2 years minimum experience.
- Possess an eye for detail and have the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of key HR legislation and best practice.
- Have the ability to priorities your workload by managing conflicting priorities whilst supporting staff across all levels of the business.
- Confident with the use of Microsoft Excel and large data handling.
