To achieve this, we are on the look-out for an enthusiastic and experienced **HUMAN RESOURCES ADVISOR.**

You’ll have generalist HR knowledge and experience covering recruitment and selection, employee relations and payroll.

**Just some of the things that will keep you busy**:

- Provide HR advice and guidance across the full spectrum of ER matters
- Use the Moorepay system to run Payroll and document people activity and run reports for the organisation.
- Coach managers to ensure they have the ability and confidence to manage people related issues at first point of contact.
- Keep up to date with key legislation changes and make recommendations to ensure policies and processes remain compliant.

**You’ll have**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or in a similar HR role
- Experience of the full employee resourcing cycle from attraction to induction
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly present complex information
- The ability to prioritise multiple work demands whilst remaining calm and professional
- Sound knowledge of how to effectively manage ER issues from discipline, grievance, capability/performance management and absence.
