**About the Role**
- We are seeking an organised and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our dynamic HR Shared Services team at our Head Office in Dunfermline.
- As an HR Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the employee life-cycle. You will be the first point of contact for HR Business Partners, Line Managers, and Site Managers, providing high-quality administrative support and handling day to day HR queries.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide core administrative support across the full employee life-cycle, including on-boarding and off-boarding
- Manage HR systems and update employee records accurately and efficiently
- Respond to HR related queries via multiple mailboxes
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of administrative issues
- Support a variety of teams, including those working with hourly paid employees
**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an HR Assistant or Administrator role
- Excellent attention to detail with a proactive and flexible approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Familiarity with basic employment law and HR/payroll practices is advantageous
