**Modern Apprentice Administrator**

The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting a Modern Apprentice Administrator to join Carnegie Mortgage & Protection Ltd. The role is based in Dunfermline, Fife. Working as part of a small team, the successful applicant will need to bring a willingness to learn, and a desire to develop and be solutions minded.

We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our team.

Carnegie Mortgage & Protection Ltd are ideally looking for a school leaver who is keen to learn all about the Mortgage and Protection industry.

The initial role is to learn all aspects of the administration side of the business where you will work alongside the Office Manager at a fast pace. Full training will be provided.

**The Initial role includes**:

- Checking all Mortgage Documentation, certifying and uploading to systems to a very accurate standard
- Keying Mortgage Applications
- Calling clients to update them or to request further information
- Calling Mortgage Lenders/Solicitors for updates
- Keep Mortgage advisers fully updated
- General Admin duties

**What we require**
- Capacity to work as part of a team but also have the ability to work on own initiative
- You must be computer literate with excellent knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Great telephone manner
- Polite & Courteous
- A genuine interest in this field
- Higher English
- Higher Mathematics would be beneficial but not essential.
