**HR ADMINISTRATOR**

**Salary £25K-£28K**

**WALTON-ON-THAMES (Hybrid)**

**Key Responsibilities role**:

- Drive, develop and deliver the resourcing strategy
- Provide specialist advice for managers concerning a range of recruitment and HR procedures
- Manage recruitment initiatives, to include liaising with 3rd party recruiters, advertising vacancies, recruitment & selection and reviewing role profiles
- Contribute to the delivery of HR projects
- Manage the cost effective and timely recruitment against resourcing requirements
- Identify and recommend continuous improvement of HR and recruitment processes and practices
- Manage recruitment activities including the provision of interviewing and selection advice to managers and reviewing role profiles
- Build effective stakeholder relationships
- Monitor key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- Manage recruitment events including open days recruitment fairs and other initiatives
- Use HR information systems to access, input and compile data
- Participate in the development and delivery of training initiatives within designated areas, to support the implementation and embedding of recruitment processes
- Audit and review processes and procedures to ensure they are fully effective and current

**Skills and Experience**:

- Proven track record of managing recruitment processes
- Proficient use of social media and job boards to drive the recruitment process
- Knowledge of employment law, case law and HR practices
- Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sound commercial awareness
- High attention to detail and service delivery
- The ability to multi-task and manage a complex and demanding workload
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a busy HR office maintaining confidentiality
- A pro-active, professional, and productive work ethic ensuring deadlines are met
