Our client, who are a well-known and exciting business based in Walton on Thames are seeking a HR Administrator to join their team. To be successful in this role, you will have some HR experience.

**Human Resources Administrator - About The Role**

Full responsibility for the administration of the department, some activities may include but are not limited to drafting letters, tracking changes, reports, contracts and training coordination
- Be the primary link between HR and Payroll ensuring all changes and activities are logged
- Assist the recruitment business partner with interview scheduling and on-boarding administrative tasks
- Advertising vacancies and assist with managing the responses
- Responsible for departmental purchase orders
- Manage the department inbox and any other administrative duties
- Help set up meetings and associated invitations
- Other ad hoc duties as required

**The successful Human Resources Administrator will have**
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft office and confident using online tools
- Well-presented and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised and able to juggle conflicting priorities with ease
- Highly confidential, discreet and customer orientated
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a team with the ability to work using own initiative
- Confident on the phone with excellent telephone manner
- Calm under pressure
