Are you looking for your next step in your HR career? Do you have a grounding in HR and are looking to develop your advisor/ ER experience? If so, this role could be for you

Our client has a need for an HR Advisor to support all aspects of HR/ ER for their sites. This is a great role for a person with some HR / ER experience who is looking to build on their experience for an autonomous role. Key responsibilities include;
- Relationship building/ employee engagement
- ER support (culture, retention, D&G etc) doe multi-sites
- All aspects of recruitment and onboarding
- Support recruitment/ onboarding process
- Supporting various projects including change projects
- Produce HR data reports
- HR administration
- Liaising with all levels of stakeholders

Skills & qualifications
- Some experience within all aspects of HR (ER, Recruitment, employee engagement etc)
- Proven stakeholder management experience
- Ideally studying CIPD
- A driving licence
