We are urgently recruiting a People & Culture Advisor to join an Oil&Gas Company in Sunbury on a contract basis until October.

**Duties**
- Develops a deep understanding of P&C and focuses on driving and delivering organizational change initiatives as appropriate
- Delivers people & culture advisory support to leaders and facilitate resolution of everyday queries and coaching to drive engagement, pre-empting, and resolving employee relations (ER) cases and ensuring that diversity and inclusion are a foundation ofthe people plan and supported throughout all people management activity.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a HR Advisor.
- Experience managing mid-complex ER related matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- International experience.
- Ability to provide coaching and guidance.
