Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Assistant. As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage department.

**Duties**:

- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Set up and break down tables, ensuring they are clean and presentable
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with bartending duties as required

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional service to guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £8.16-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
