Overlooking gardens and fields, the historic Hollin House Hotel sits on the outskirts of Bollington village, but within a five-minute drive of Macclesfield Town centre. We have the comfort of the countryside and the convenience of a bustling market town on our doorstep.

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Hotel Assistant to work in and around our newly refurbished restaurant. The restaurant is open to all our in house and non-resident guests for breakfast and dinner in addition to providing a very popular afternoon tea service every day and not forgetting Sunday lunch. At Hollin House we are offering flexible shifts and the chance to work within a great team

As one of our General Food and Beverage Hotel Assistants your main duties will be:

- Ensuring excellent & professional guest service is consistently provided at all times.
- Undertaking general waiting & service duties of food & beverages.
- Assisting in running functions, including fabulous weddings
- Delivering our drinks and cocktails with pride and passion.
- Setting up the function room, to the guest’s requirements.
