**Job Overview**

'Under the management of Condor Hotels, The Bridge is pleased to be recruiting for the role of Breakfast server. The Bridge has been managed by Condor Hotels for the last nine months and has gone from strength to strength, forging a team and a fantastic working environment under their leadership.'

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards in handling and serving food
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of dining areas
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

**Experience**
- Basic maths proficiency for order taking and bill processing
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar role or willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
