Service Coordinator

**Duties**:
- Updating the inhouse portal daily with updates from customers and orders and quotations.
- Job confirmations with customers
- Daily support to Account Managers (including holiday relief)
- Booking in jobs both pre-planned maintenance and re-active work
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers and suppliers
- Follow company procedures inline with our Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental policies
- Liaise effectively with team members and other departments to ensure customer service is optimised
- Ad hoc duties as requested by your line manager
**Experience**:
- Strong experience in a similar busy and fast paced office environment
- Relevant telephone based customer service experience
- Previous administration or supporting role in service or sales
- High level of attention to detail and positive attitude toward resolving issues directly
- Ability to manage own work load in a timely manner

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)
