**Job Summary**
**ABOUT US**
**The main duties will include**:
All aspects of administration including:
- Calling Customers to book in appointments
- Dealing with Insurance Companies, manufacturers and warranty work
- Managing intake of stock, deliveries and returns
- Keeping the in-house database up to date
- Processing invoices and generating quotations for clients, using technical knowledge acquired
- Booking visits for our field based Engineers and managing their diary’s**Required Skills**:
- Ability to effectively communicate with Customers and Contractors alike
- Administration/Customer Service experience - preferably in a similar (or service) industry
- **Hours of work**:
- 8am - 5pm
- **Additional information**:
**HOLIDAYS** - 20 Days in addition to Bank Holidays
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
