We are looking to recruit a new **Technical Administrator** into our **Leeds** Highways Maintenance office, this key role to supporting the running of this successful project.
**What you'll be doing**
**Administration Duties**
Processing of various paper and electronic records for the project(s) including:
- Incidents and actions on the network
- Timesheets & annual leave requests
- Support the production of various weekly and monthly reports including
- Costs & invoices
- Status of information management
Other duties may include
- Minutes of meetings/typing/photocopying/scanning;
- Cover reception when required - Screen telephone calls, deal with messages and enquiries;
- Book conference rooms, events & hotels - internally and externally for the team meetings;
**Who we're looking for**
You will have/be:
- Highly motivated, proactive and practical Administrator;
- Excellent Communication Skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Honest Reliable and Professional Person;
- Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team;
- Organised with excellent timekeeping skills;
- Computer Literate.
