As our Events & Partnerships Administrator, you'll wear many hats, from coordinating day-to-day operations to orchestrating unforgettable events. Here's what you'll be up to:
Day-to-Day Coordination:
Assist in organizing remote and in-person meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and smooth operations.
Handle payments, expenses, and financial documentation with precision and efficiency. Facilitate communication between TenU members, partners, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.
Event Management:
Collaborate with the Events & Communications Manager to plan and execute engaging events that leave a lasting impression.
Dive into research for venues, suppliers, and services, negotiating deals to optimize resources.
Oversee event logistics, from guest speaker coordination to post-event evaluation, ensuring flawless execution every time.
Global Collaboration:
Liaise with international partners and stakeholders, embodying cultural sensitivity and effective communication.
Embrace agile working, adapting to opportunities and challenges with enthusiasm and flexibility.
Manage team workload, nurturing talent and ensuring smooth operations in alignment with TenU's mission.
**What we're looking for**:
- Experience matters: Proven track record managing diverse stakeholders, ideally senior-level. Skilled in project management from start to finish, with reporting and development expertise.
- Communication: You communicate clearly and concisely, adapting your style to connect with all stakeholders and tailoring messages to diverse audiences. Your active listening ensures nuanced understanding, translating even the most intricate requests into clear solutions.
- Tech knowledge: A knack for mastering new tools, you confidently navigate both Microsoft Office and project management software, squeezing maximum efficiency out of each.
- Project Management: Deadlines are your friends. You excel at planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management, keeping projects on track and within budget.
- Strategic thinker who anticipates challenges and develops solutions on the fly.
