Are you a dedicated and organised administrator who is great with people? If yes, you could become a key member of our Programmes and Visitor Support team.

**About the Role**

The Fellowships and Events Administrator, under the guidance of the Programmes and Visitor Coordinator, will ensure the smooth and efficient management of our fellowship and support programmes, as well as assisting with the organisation of events.

The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Key skills include:

- Project management: Ability to develop and maintain procedures, coordinate events, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Database management: Proficiency in using and maintaining internal databases and event management systems.
- Financial monitoring: Experience in tracking funding sources, expenditure, and providing financial reports.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication and support skills to interact with applicants, fellows, and staff.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accurate record-keeping and adherence to protocols.
- Collaboration: Working effectively with the communications team and other departments.
- Commitment to EDI: Actively promoting and upholding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion principles.
