We are currently recruiting for a full-time HR Adminstrator. We will consider a Part-time HR Administrator up to 30 hours per week.

Salary up to £25,000 per year (pro rata for part-time) depending on experience.

The role will be based at our Bristol offices with an option for hybrid working pattern following successful completion of training/probation period.

The HR Administrator reports to the Directors and is responsible for assisting and working with the department Line Managers to provide guidance, support, and advice on operational HR and training needs.

The main purpose of the full time role is to be the administrator for the HR function with some other ad-hoc administration duties. The part time the role will be fully HR administration.

The HR Administrator responsibilities are to:

- Assist with HR and training matters, ensuring best practice and legal compliance throughout with guidance from the Company’s out-sourced HR Employment Law Advisers
- Proactively manage employee relations issues as early as possible using best practice.
- To undertake all administrative processes within the new starter/leaver employee life cycle such as reporting to payroll, issuing contracts, maintaining the HR system.
- Maintain some training records, keeping up-to-date and accurate training matrix
- Support line managers with time and attendance, and absence management.
- Assist line managers with their training needs. Monitor training attendance.
- To undertake HR and training related project work as directed and guided by the Directors
- Assist in producing HR MI reports as requested by the Directors
- Facilitating cooperation within teams, mediating where needed
- Be responsible for own Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and keep up to date with changing employment law, best practice and knowledge of company activities
- Facilitate, develop and coordinate inductions and other in-house and external learning and development activities
- Any other HR or Training related tasks as requested by the Directors
