Jennie Reeves is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join at a site based in Bristol. This role is essential in managing and maintaining employee records, statutory and legal training databases, and ensuring HR compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting our operations by working collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will collaborate with various departments, including IT, facilities, finance, in addition to our external partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Employee Records & Databases**: Create, maintain, and update employee records and internal databases.
- **HR Documentation**: Draft and amend HR documents, including employment contracts.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Collect, analyse, and report on HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.
- **Manager Support**: Assist managers with their daily responsibilities, providing HR-related guidance and resources.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to UK labour laws and employment legislation across TIC Health.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Manage recruitment, selection, and promotion processes, prepare job descriptions, and handle contractual terms.
- **Performance Management**: Support performance reviews and employee relations initiatives, using HR software and analytics.
- **Employee Benefits Administration**: Evaluate and administer employee benefits and assist in performance management.
- **General Administration**: Prepare documents, maintain records, and ensure employees receive adequate support.
**Essential Skills and Requirements**
- Proven experience in an HR administration role.
- Digitally literate with expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn as a tool for recruitment and competitor analysis.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment laws and regulations.
- Skilled in performance management and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
