Receptionist/administrator

**RECEPTIONIST**
Pax Hill Care Home are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join their team, working 3 days a week (weekdays), 9am to 5pm (24 hours per week). Duties will mainly involve manning the reception area, taking calls and greeting visitors but the role will also include some additional administrative duties.
Must be smart and presentable, with good spoken and written English, a friendly and helpful attitude and a pleasant telephone manner. Must also have excellent customer service and administration skills and a good level of computer literacy (Microsoft office).
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or unit
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry and filing
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
**Skills**:
- Strong administrative and office skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
- Friendly and approachable
