Cathcart & Winn Veterinary Hospital are a busy first opinion practice and are looking for two enthusiastic, highly-skilled Client Care Assistants to expand our friendly front of house team.

The Client Care Assistant plays a key role in maintaining the high standard of client care expected within Cathcart & Winn and forms part of a front of house team.

You will work closely with the Client Care Lead and nursing team to deliver an outstanding and polished experience for clients and visitors.

An important aspect of this role is maintaining a positive, friendly, yet calm attitude.

**Your role and responsibilities**
- Execute good telephone techniques and keep accurate discussions or correspondence with clients
- Build relationships with the clients, demonstrate empathy and deliver an excellent level of service at every touchpoint
- Be a continual presence within reception, engaging with clients and their pets. Multi-tasking under pressure is key.
- Maintain client confidentially and ensure conversations are professional, particularly when clients are present
- Administration
- Liaise with the clinical team to encourage excellent communication throughout the practice
- Experience in a client care environment is desirable
- Experience handling customer complaints, feedback and processing payments
- Qualifications - 4 GCSE's or above Benefits
