We are looking to hire an **Apprenticeship Coordinator** to join our Learning & Development team. This is a permanent role.

Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager and working closely with the Accountancy Academy Manager you will work as part of the team responsible for apprentices from Level 2 and above ensuring all aspects of the apprenticeship programme are well managed and all contractual requirements are fully met, including acting as the main point of contact for training providers, apprentices and team leaders within the Academy. You will also be responsible for working with all departments to ensure apprenticeship delivery conforms to the Apprenticeship Standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in partnership with relevant Managers and Team Leaders from across the business to develop structured training plans that will expose the Academy Learners to the relevant work required along their Apprenticeship learning journey
- Implement processes to track progress of learners and ensure they complete their apprenticeship within the relevant timescales.
- Ensure that we are adequately measuring learners progress and take steps to address any deficits in learning either by the learner or Training Provider
- Design and regularly collect and review learner and employer feedback
- Take a proactive approach in identifying and implementing improvements to the apprenticeship learner experience.
- Carry out regular reviews with each training provider to ensure the correct support is in place for each individual Learner.
- Implement a reporting and tracking process showing the progression of each learner journey from start to completion.
- Take ownership of collating and reporting on relevant Apprenticeship data to stakeholders as needed.
- Manage, coordinate and facilitate the booking of exams and professional membership process.
- Take ownership of the management of the apprenticeship funding process
- Take responsibility for monitoring, evaluating, and developing/enhancing the quality of our apprenticeship programme delivery, assessment, and administration

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in co-ordinating the end to end process of the Apprenticeship Journey from Level 2 upwards (ideally this will include experience of level 2 (AAT) -Level 7 (ACCA) apprenticeships.)
- Knowledge and understanding of apprenticeship learning environments
- Knowledge of the ESFA Apprenticeship funding rules and experience in managing Apprenticeship funding through the Apprenticeship Levy
- A self-starter, able to manage your own daily workload and with excellent communications skills
- Be able to build relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- A good working knowledge of MS Office and strong administration experience. Excel skills are a key requirement for this role, as you’ll need to track the progress and contractual compliance of on-going apprenticeships, and report on this regularly.
