**Job Description: Helpdesk Administrator (M/F/X)**
**About us**
We are an established family run commercial drainage company, offering reactive and scheduled maintenance services to large restaurant, hotel, and supermarket chains. Due to continued expansion we are looking for a proactive helpdesk administrator to join our friendly team based in Welwyn Garden City.
**Role**
**Main duties Include but not limited to**:
- Monitoring the helpdesk inbox
- Logging customer requests and jobs
- Updating our client portals with clear concise job information
- Updating our internal CRM system with job requirements
- Answering the help desk phone calls, logging client requests on internal and external portals
- Obtaining job updates from our engineers and updating the system with notes about the job
- Closing jobs once they have been completed ready for invoicing
- Ad hoc admin duties
- Ad hoc projects
**Personal Specification**
- Experience in a customer service environment or customer facing role
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilience
- Excellent organisational skills
**What we are offering**
- Salary: £20,000 - £23,000 per annum depending on experience
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Pension

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
