As a Customer Service Administrator you will be a key member of the team delivering outstanding customer service and technical support to our business clients. The role blends 1st & 2nd line support with responsible administration, requiring excellent telephone manner and accurate admin skills.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support to corporate clients on a wide variety of mobile and fixed line enquiries via phone and emailDeal with network providers to resolve technical queries (full training will be provided)Liaise with suppliers for quotations and general enquiriesProcess new business for mobile and fixed line servicesProactively manage projectsSupport the sales teamHandle general office administration duties, including updating databasesProduce monthly and ad‑hoc client reports in Excel (full training will be provided)Skills & Experience RequiredEnthusiastic with a can‑do attitudeTechnical experience or willingness to learn technical supportAccurate with good attention to detailGood organisational and communication skillsAbility to use own initiative and work as part of a teamWillingness to learn new tasksHow to ApplyPlease apply now for this fantastic Customer Service Administrator position, and we will be in touch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
