- **Hours:9:30 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday (25 hours per week**)
- **Based in Welwyn Garden City**
**Customer Service Administrator - Main Duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Booking quotes and surveys in
- Booking service calls
- Filing paperwork
- Insuring jobs
- Sending quotes out for the surveyor
- Courtesy calls to customers who have received quotes
- Paying suppliers
- Liaising with the fitters about their jobs and ensuring that everything is organised correctly
**Customer Service Administrator - Skills/Experience:
- Experience working within a customer service role
- Experience dealing with the public and administration duties
- Ability to work within a fast-past busy environment
- Knowledge of construction/building trade - Desirable but not essential
