Our client has a brand new opening for an enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator & Technical Support

They are looking for a really efficient, well organised person who has either technical experience or a willingness to learn as technical support is a key part of the role, to join their amazing Customer Service team. Working in a positive, friendly and supportive environment with a team who are passionate about managing and serving corporate clients.

In return, the Customer Service Administrator Can Expect:

The Customer Service Administrator Role:

This Customer Service Administrator role is a great blend of providing 1st & 2nd line support, as well as being responsible for the associated administration - therefore an excellent telephone manner combined with accurate admin skills are vital for the role.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Providing support to Corporate Clients on a wide variety of mobile and fixed line enquiries (via phone and email)
  • Dealing with network providers to resolve technical queries (full training will be provided)
  • Liaising with suppliers for quotations / general enquiries
  • Processing new business for mobile and fixed line services
  • Proactive project management
  • Providing support to the sales team
  • General office administration duties including updating databases
  • Producing monthly and ad hoc client reports in Excel (full training will be provided)

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Enthusiastic with a "can do attitude"
  • Technical experience or a willingness to learn technical support as this is a key part of the role
  • Someone who loves to "take ownership"
  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Able to use their own initiative as well as working as part of a team
  • Ability to learn new tasks
