Document Controller/administrator

Façade and Cladding Design Ltd is a design only practice base in Potters Bar serving all specialist contractors in the façade industry. We are currently seeking to recruit a focused and organised Office Administrator to provide administrative support to our team on part/full-time bases.
Main Responsibilities / Activities:
- Manage and update project data, maintain & issue project schedules, set up and manage project folders, management of share point systems, maintain flow and issue of project related information
- Take notes, minutes and create action plans for both office and site project meetings when required.
- Assist the MD to prepare Program of works, tenders and works schedules.
- Assist the MD with uploading data, printing material, formatting documents, writing up notes, setting up meetings, collating information
- Assist Project Manager in setting up meetings, collating data, responding to enquiries,
- Preparation and assistance of tender submissions
- Preparing wages/ payslips
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages and experience in using MS Project. EDMS knowledge - desirable (Aconex, Asite, 4Projects, etc). Ability to use AutoCAD will be a distinct advantage.
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction industry - highly desirable.
- Ability to manage own time and complete multiple tasks to deadlines
We can offer stability of employment and permanent contract after 3 months of probation period.
