Sales Administrator

**Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30 based at our offices in Potters Bar**
**Holiday entitlement: 20 days plus Bank Holidays - FREE Parking Outside Office (with Permit supplied)**
**Duties**:
- Co-ordination of the Service engineers diary and incoming client service requests
- Liaising with our external Book-Keepers / Accountants uploading and sending relevant information required
- Management and updating of our in-house client data base & billing software system Vantage On-line (full training provided)
- Stock control and ordering of all parts/toners and equipment for client orders and internal stock
- General filing (paper and electronic)
- Assisting the Director as a PA on any relevant duties / Ad-Hoc Admin duties
- Managing our Direct Debit collection file via out outsourced collection agency
- Varied role including many various administration duties
**Attributes**:
- Good use of language (English) both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills including time management.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Ability to use own initiative making the role your own and implementing streamlined procedures
- IT literate with experience of Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Have a good telephone manner
- Have a positive approach to work and be keen to learn
- Attention to detail
