**The Role**
Artemis is seeking a Finance and Billing Administrator. This is a multi-faceted role encompassing finance, purchasing, and billing with the opportunity for career progression into business finance and operations.
**Skills Required (Essential)**
- Hardworking, loyal, capable, and trustworthy
- 3-years experience in a finance and/or billing role
- Can work with a high degree of accuracy
- Work under pressure and keep to deadlines
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- A-Level maths
**Skills Required (Desired)**
- Experience producing monthly IT and/or telecoms bills
- Experience with Connectwise Manage
- General finance, administration, and operations experience
**Your Duties**
- Working closely with our company accountant
- Tracking and recording purchases, sales, and invoicing
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies
- Updating and maintaining sales pricelist for sales team
- Checking sales orders and commission
- Processing employee expenses
- Managing debtors and creditors
- Raising billing queries with suppliers
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of billing information into the company’s CRM and telecoms billing platform.
- Producing monthly IT and Telecoms bills
- Checking bills prior to dispatch
- Answering day to day billing queries with customers
- Processing direct debit mandates
- General office management and sales administration
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
