The successful billings clerk is responsible for ensuring invoices are billed accurately and timely, managing and resolving queries alongside the Sales ledger team and the wider business; There is also a requirement to fulfil other ad hoc day-to-day dutiesin order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial operations.

The client based in Potters bar has been around for over 25 years within the social care sector. Very sustainable business looking for a billings clerk to come in and help push the business forward. They have specialist services across the UK. Also having2x different divisions they are growing quickly and would be a great time to jump into the business.
**Description**
Key responsibilities for the billings clerk:
- Intermediate Excel - including VLOOKUP Function and Pivot tables
- Order and pricing management
- Knowledge of Billing processes
- Accurate data entr
- Review and manage placements in the billing database
- Ensure accurate and timely billing across all Group Companies
- Review and process manual credit and debit requests
- Liaise with the Accounts Receivable Team
