**Job Role & Purpose**

You will continually develop your skills, knowledge and experience, through the completion of your apprenticeship to the specified standard and timescales, in accordance with the Company’s requirements.

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Providing departmental support for Sales Ledger & Credit Control functions where required, to fulfil the business operational and strategic requirements.
- Assist in promptly and effectively resolving customer queries and complaints, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, to promote customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
- Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and re-direct calls.
- Communicate in a clear, polite and concise manner with colleagues/customers in all departments as required by the demands of the business.
- Data entry.
- Support with internal and external reporting, including but not limited to collating data for report assisting the writing and analysis of reports and data.
- Maintain records in line with Company standards and GDPR guidelines.
- Actively discuss any concerns / issues with the Billings & Receivables Manager, so that these can be resolved or minimised in a timely and professional manner and operational risks minimised.
- Continually develop your skills, knowledge and experience, through the completion of your apprenticeship, as directed by the Billings & Receivables Manager, to the satisfactory level and timescales, in accordance with Company requirements.
- To complete any other reasonable duties as instructed by the management team.

Hours will be 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday

Rate will be NMW age equivalent

They will be required to undertake an Apprenticeship course as part of the role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

**Salary**: £9,609.60-£18,964.40 per year
