**ABOUT YOU -**
To support our fast paced, challenging and rewarding environment, we are looking to recruit a self-motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking individual who can contribute to our HR team and kick-start their career in HR.

This is an exciting and varied role for a driven apprentice to learn all aspects of our people operations function in a global organisation, working with a great team. During the apprenticeship you will study to achieve your CIPD level 3 and 5 over a 47-month period, and upon successful completion will move into a People Operations Administrator position.
- Be enthusiastic, self-motivated, curious, committed and dedicated to studying for success.
- Good time management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Computer literate (basic Microsoft packages).
- Genuine interest in Human Resources.

**ABOUT THE ROLE -**

As a People Operations Apprentice you will be responsible for supporting the People Operations team in providing excellent administration support to the employees of ERIKS UK&I, with a focus on internal customer experience and excellence.

You will be responsible for providing full administration support to the People Operations department, which includes HR, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits etc, for your respective division.

Administration duties may include producing and issuing contracts of employment and changes to terms and conditions documentation, managing the leaver process, maintaining data integrity within the HR platform, and offering first line advice to managers on all People Operations matters, amongst others.
