Class 2 Multi Drop Driver People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Oldbury, West Midlands.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.This is a fantastic opportunity, offering excellent rates of pay and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.Shifts: Staggered start times between 6am-9am Monday-Friday Rates of pay : £15.00 per hour Benefits include: Excellent hourly rates Ongoing work Weekly pay On-site canteen Training provided Immediate starts Employee well-being programme Day-to-day duties: As a Class 2 Driver, your duties will include (but not be limited to): Carrying out multiple deliveries (10- 15) Operating and driving Class 2 vehicles safely and efficiently to and from delivery locations Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections Ensuring all cargo is loaded and secured properly Adhering to traffic laws and regulations Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs to management Assisting with loading and unloading of cargo when required Essential skills: To be successful as a Class 2 Driver, you will need: A valid UK Category C licence A minimum of 12 months' experience driving Category C vehicles No more than six penalty points for minor infringements, with no major endorsement codes A valid UK CPC card and Digi card Good spoken and written English Punctuality and excellent time-keeping skills A solid understanding of traffic laws and regulations Effective communication skills Desirable experience: Previous commercial driving experience Previous multi-drop delivery experience Training: Driver's assessment must be completed before starting A one-day paid induction will follow successful assessment Contact: If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity as a Class 2 Driver, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team to find out more. xwwtmva People Solutions do not charge candidates any fees or request deposits at any stage of the recruitment process.d02fcfcb-6df4-40ee-95cf-3eb059ce3173
