As a Customer Service Apprentice, you’ll provide administration and coordination support and provide an excellent service to internal and external clients.
**Key Accountabilities;**
- Assist with planning and scheduling of work load for all auditors in the region including contractors in order to achieve internal objectives.
- Ensure accurate data input in Purchase Requisitions / Orders and Travel Requisitions to ensure that supplier invoices can be paid and auditors can travel to their audits.
- Assist with other offices as appropriate for administrative duties where required to ensure all targets and objectives are achieved.
- Provide a support service to the client and develop/enhance customer relationships by being the initial point of contact for both telephone and face to face enquiries.

**Qualifications**:
You’ll have the ability to using initiative to meet deadlines and to seek support when appropriate. You’ll be hardworking, responsible, enthusiastic, friendly and a team player and will demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt appropriately to change.
- the ability to solve problems and deal with difficult / challenging situations
- the ability to work using spreadsheets and databases
- the ability to produce professional written communications
- experience with MS Office, Outlook and other software in general.
- five GCSEs (or equivalent) Grades A-C including Mathematics and English Language or equivalent work experience
