**Sales Office Manager - Rubix Customer Hub**

As a Sales Office Manager you will be a pivotal part of the Rubix Customer Hub team and its success. Ideally you will have a background in Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul supply chain work and be familiar with MRO spare parts.

We support our customers to ensure they have all the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate as well as working hard to ensure we obtain the best deals with suppliers.
**The Role**
Joining our Hub management team, you will manage and lead a small team of 2 people in the Hub, servicing the MRO requirements of our UK based service divisions plus our operation in Iceland. So primarily dealing with internal customers the importance of treatingall customers the same is key. This area of our supply chain has grown significantly in the last 18 months and our key objective here is to drive consistency of service. You will ensure sales activities are maximised to help the Hub exceed all sales and profittargets whilst delivering outstanding customer service levels.
You will be responsible for setting and monitoring individual and team targets, full performance management and development to include training and coaching; ensuring that the highest standards of sales support, administration and customer service are alwaysmaintained.
You will Co-ordinate supplier engagement to develop team and customer opportunities.
Overseeing all sales administration processing to ensure completed in a timely and efficient manner, utilising the relevant SOP systems

Direct handling of customer queries & orders, whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service at all times.
Take an active lead in developing existing accounts, seeking and capitalising upon opportunities to up-sell across the product portfolio whilst encouraging the team to do the same. Take initiative to know the industry and competitors.
Drive activity for effective quotation management through developing the team and leading by example.

You will still enjoy being 'hands-on' in dealing directly with the customers but relish the additional responsibility that comes with managing and developing a team.
Ideally, you will have enjoyed exposure to conducting and managing others who conduct both inbound and outbound activity and understand what it takes to be effective in both disciplines.
