As our Sales Office Manager, you'll play a key role in the success of our branch. You'll lead and inspire a dedicated sales team, support our customers with everything from parts to tooling, and help us secure the best supplier deals along the way. It's a role that's as challenging as it is rewarding—and a great opportunity to shine in a fast-paced, growing business. What we're looking for A natural leader who thrives in a team environmentSomeone with strong customer service experience (sales background is a bonus, but not essential)Ideally exposure to manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counters—but don't worry, full training is providedHands-on managers who enjoy supporting their team while staying connected with customersIf you're ready to roll up your sleeves and take ownership, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Lead, coach, and develop the internal sales team to exceed targets and deliver outstanding serviceSet, monitor, and manage performance goals for individuals and the teamWork closely with suppliers and technical specialists to create opportunities for growthOversee sales administration, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficientlyBuild strong customer relationships—handling queries directly and spotting opportunities to upsell across our product portfolioDrive quotation management by leading from the front and encouraging best practiceThe Company Rubix UK has a commitment to doing things differently for our colleagues and customers.Today, Rubix Group is the clear market leader with a presence in 23 markets and sales of €3.15bn in 2023.
