This is a high‑impact leadership role where you’ll shape the sales strategy, bring new developments to market, and ensure customers enjoy an exceptional experience from first enquiry to the day they move into their new home.If you thrive on leading teams, setting ambitious targets, and delivering stand‑out results, this is an opportunity to make a real difference within a successful, forward‑thinking business.What You’ll Be DoingLead the full Sales & Marketing function across multiple developments.Oversee land appraisal, market research, pricing strategies and site launches.Drive strong sales performance while maximising revenue and minimising incentives.Own and protect the company brand, ensuring all marketing activity is high quality and effective.Shape long‑term business strategy as part of the leadership team.Guide your team to deliver an exceptional, customer‑focused experience at every stage.Analyse customer satisfaction data and implement improvements across the function.Core ResponsibilitiesLand & Market InsightLead market research for new land opportunities.Recommend product mix, house types and specifications based on local demand.Produce competitor analysis and market summaries for land decisions.Plan and deliver successful new site launches.Oversee marketing materials, branding, advertising and digital content.Define target customer profiles and influence show home design.Implement marketing strategies that convert enquiries into reservations.Focus on revenue growth with smart pricing strategies.Customer ExperienceEnsure a consistently high level of customer service across the sales function.Review satisfaction data and drive improvements.Build a culture that puts customers at the heart of every decision.What We’re Looking ForStrong Sales & Marketing leadership experience in the housebuilding sector.Proven ability to manage, motivate and develop sales teams.Skilled in strategic planning and budget management.Commercially focused with a track record of driving revenue.Experience operating at senior or Board level.Please Contact Hollie to discuss this role further#J-18808-Ljbffr
