**Description**

Reporting to the Head of HR, the role of HR Advisor will support with all generalist People matters at this busy manufacturing organisation in Corby. You will take responsibility for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

- Wide range of employee relations casework from end to end
- Support with recruitment
- Provide advice and guidance to stakeholders
- Deal with HR queries
- HR reports and KPIs
- All other generalist HR Advisory matters
