Libi & Daughters Clinic is seeking a dedicated and organized Clinic Receptionist/Administrator with exceptional customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and effective communication talents to contribute to the efficient operation of our clinic.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide a warm and professional welcome to clients, efficiently manage appointments and client records, and ensure data confidentiality.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff, and ensure a seamless start to the client journey.
- Collaborate closely with the clinic team for smooth daily operations, including managing patient check-ins, verifying information, processing payments, maintaining financial records and replenishing supplies.
- Assist with various administrative tasks such as office supplies management, filing, data entry, and correspondence while proficiently using clinic management software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Prior experience in receptionist or administrative roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic-specific processes.
- A proactive attitude toward continuous learning and professional development.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 48 per week
