**Part Time - Front of House - Medical Aesthetics Clinic - 8-10 Hours per week**

Skinoza clinic is a premium concept aesthetic clinic run by highly experienced aesthetic doctors. We pride ourselves on delivering a 5 star experience to all our customers.

We offer bespoke aesthetic treatments including hair transplant, botox, dermal filler, PDO face thread lift, PRP and mesotherapy skin rejuvenation to A-list celebrities and many fashion/ beauty editors.

**Main duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting customers and making sure they feel comfortable if waiting for an appointment, dealing with their inquiries and book clinic appointments.
- Answering/making the phone calls and dealing with subsequent inquiries and bookings.
- Selling Aesthetic products and services - although some training will be given, the receptionist will need to invest time in understanding the different services available and the various treatments for sale, so that they can give useful advice to customers and sell them clinic service.
- Scheduling appointments - receptionists will need to know the time that each treatment takes including how quickly each individual beautician takes to carry out their treatments so that sufficient time is given between each booked appointment.
- Assisting with content and video creation for Instagram and other social media
- Processing clinic treatment payments.
- Keeping the clinic clean and tidy.

This is a part time job for self-employed/freelancers.

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- 1 years minimum experience in medical practice or strong reception background. High level customer service background essential.
- Experience across Instagram and other social media platforms

**Job Types**:
Part-time - 8-10 hours per week;
Permanent: every Friday afternoon and every Saturday morning
