**Senior Bookkeeper wanted for clients in or around the St Paul’s area (within a 45 minute radius from location preferred)**

**About the Role**:
The role is to work with our clients in their software business in the St Paul’s area in London We’re looking for an experienced and commercially-minded Finance Manager to look after the day-to-day accounting, streamline the accounting processes, and help move the business forward, on a part-time basis.

**About You**:
You should be a qualified and experienced Finance Manager with experience working in growing SMEs.

Ideally, you are already self-employed, with at least 3 days immediately available per week.

**Your expertise should include**:

- Customer invoicing and sales ledger management
- Credit control and debtor reporting to directors
- Supplier invoices and purchase ledger management
- Experience with QuickBooks accountancy software
- Drafting payment runs for approval
- Supplier reconciliations
- Bank postings and reconciliations
- Expense and credit card management and reconciliation
- VAT returns
- Payroll and pension administration
- Month-end journals including depreciation, accruals, and prepayments
- Experience with multi currency (France & US)

**_ As this role is two days a week (self-employed basis) it could work alongside other client work_**

**Rate of pay**:£22.50 per hour
